All text is intellectual property and is copyrighted. Unauthorized Use may result in legal action against the party(s) accessing, modifying, republishing, or redistributing copy written content without proper authorization.

Other Copyrights

Some parts of the NTIF website, particularly photographs or other graphics may be protected by the copyright of a third party. Whether or not this ownership is specifically acknowledged, these images shall remain the property of the third party and may not be reproduced in any way without the expressed written permission of that party.

Sponsors Logos

Sponsors logos and service marks are used with the expressed permission, and by by agreement with the respective sponsors. They remain the property of those sponsors and may not be reproduced in any way without the expressed written permission of the sponsors.

SCMA, NTIF and CCF Logos

The NTIF and SCMA service marks and the "Star & Harp" logo are owned solely by the Southwest Celtic Music Association. The CCF "Horns" logo is owned by Sullivan Perkins and assigned to the SCMA.

Use of these logos on printed or electronic media without the expressed written permission of the officers of Board of Trustees of the Southwest Celtic Music Association, duly authorized directors of the North Texas Irish Festival or Cowtown Celtic Festival or their authorized representatives is strictly forbidden.
